Album description according to Percival from 1999:
“This is our first demo and, at the same time, an attempt to define ourselves. An attempt to lay the foundations for synthetic music. […] The music flows smoothly from folk, which we worked on earlier, through experiments with modern sounds contrapuntally linked to classical references, all the way to hard rock and metal — our very first inspirations and later the foundations of Percival’s folk-metal music. There are many deliberate contrasts here, and even subtle jokes, such as in the first track, which sounds the most folk-like but actually has little to do with folk music. It is, in fact, a piece by the well-known Polish composer Grażyna Bacewicz, so it should rather be classified as classical music.”
